Terms of Service

Last updated: 20 August 2026 · Russian version

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and the administration of the Kai service (the "Administration", "we", "us"), governing access to and use of the Kai AI service (the "Service"), available via the Telegram bot @aiicrm_bot and the website.

Acceptance of Terms: By using the Service (sending your first message to the Bot, connecting a CRM account, or paying for a subscription), you confirm that you have read these Terms, fully accept them, and agree to abide by them. If you disagree with any provision, please discontinue use of the Service.

1. Description of the Service

Kai is an AI assistant that configures and manages the User's account on the CRM platform they choose to connect, via the platform's official API, through the Telegram interface. The Service provides:

The Service operates exclusively through the official API of the CRM platform the User connects and is an independent product: it is not a product, partner, or affiliate of the operator of any CRM platform.

The licence or subscription for the CRM platform itself is purchased by the User separately, at that platform's own rates, and is not part of the Service.

2. Registration and Account

2.1. Access

No separate registration is required to use the Service. Your account is created automatically upon your first interaction with the Bot, based on your Telegram profile data (Telegram ID).

2.2. CRM Connection

To perform API actions in the connected CRM account, the User must authorize the Service via the OAuth 2.0 protocol provided by the CRM platform. The User may revoke access at any time through the platform's integration settings.

2.3. User Requirements

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1. Subscription Plans

The Service is provided on a paid basis. Current subscription plans, pricing, and included features are published on the pricing page and are subject to change. We will notify Users of pricing changes at least 14 days in advance via the Bot.

3.2. Trial Period

New users receive a free trial period of 3 (three) calendar days. After the trial expires, access to Service features is restricted until a subscription is purchased.

3.3. Payment Methods

Payment is made on a prepaid basis for the selected period (30 days). Prices are shown in euros (EUR). Available payment methods include: bank card (including Mir cards), Telegram Stars, and cryptocurrency (USDT). The list of payment methods may be expanded.

3.4. Renewal and Cancellation

When paying via auto-renewing methods, the subscription renews automatically for the next period at the current price until you cancel. When paying via one-off methods (Telegram Stars, USDT), access is granted for the paid period and does not auto-renew. You may cancel at any time — at ai.crm.2000@gmail.com or in your payment provider's subscription management. After cancellation, access remains until the end of the paid period.

3.5. Refunds

Refund and cancellation terms and EU consumer rights are set out in detail in a separate Refund & Cancellation Policy. In short: a refund is available if you contact us within 7 days of payment and have used less than 30% of the paid action allowance, as well as in cases of a material breach by us or an erroneous charge. To request one, email ai.crm.2000@gmail.com.

5.2. User's Data Rights

The User retains all rights to data uploaded or created through the Service. CRM objects (pipelines, fields, deals, etc.) created by the Service at the User's request in their CRM account belong to the User.
